Refund Policy

Ascent Immigrations refund policy, effective as of October 15, 2024, is outlined in their Terms and Conditions:

Payment Terms: All service fees are required to be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed upon.

Refund Eligibility: Payments are non-refundable, except in situations where Ascent Immigrations fails to provide the agreed-upon services due to their own negligence. If approved , the refund will be credited within 7- 15 days into original method of payment.

Visa Decision Responsibility: The final decision regarding visa approvals rests solely with the respective immigration authorities. Ascent Immigrations is not responsible for refusals by these authorities, and no refunds will be issued on such grounds.
